Our client, a large European Civil Engineering Contractor now seeks a Quantity Surveyor with good Contract Administration experience for a role based in Chile, South America on a Hydro Power project around two hours away from Santiago. You must be an experienced contracts administrator capable of performing the role of project contract administrator dealing with all main contract administration activities including correspondence, claims, interim payment applications, notices, sub-contract administration etc. Spanish language skills would be desirable but the contract is in English so it is not essential. You must be ab experienced civils work contracts administrator and have previous experience of either hydro power projects or other power generation projects ideally or heavy civil projects. You should have extensive international experience and any previous experience of working in South America although not essential - would be useful. All project documentation is in English and the client is American. The Project value is around US£200m so people with experience of high value projects is preferred. Our client will provide a negotiable rate, accommodation, flights, health insurance, food etc. Ideally they would prefer single status but married status will be considered. Only Western candidates need apply.
