£55,000 - £60,000 basic + Car + Package

Role Description
This role is looking for a Senior Estimator to work as part of a Civil Engineering team on a mixture of frameworks and individual projects. The project value varies because of this from 1million to 50million on projects and 50million to 500million frameworks.

A good background in civil engineering estimating is key supported with a background including projects from these areas:-
• Water Projects / Frameworks
• Highways
• Rail
• Environmental [Flood defences]
• Airports

Your tendering team consists of a project manager, estimators, planners, commercial support and bid writers collate the tender / bids. There will be some travelling involved between client meetings, tender reviews and site visits but this will be as required. The majority of the work will be office based working with the bidding team in an open plan environment.

Required Experience
You must have experience in Estimating from a heavy civil engineering background. Previous examples of projects where you have had a major input will be required as a talking point for the interview [Be it successful or unsuccessful].

A qualification is all so required be it HNC / HND or Degree in civil engineering or equivalent engineering degree.
