Bid Co-ordinator - West Midlands

An excellent opportunity to get in to the Civil Engineering / Construction sector,

Salary:
£20,000 - £25,000 basic
Salary dependent on experience.

Coventry

Role Description:
As a Bid Co-ordinator you will be required to support the Bid manager with various tasks including:-
• Resourcing - Collating the various information required for major projects and frameworks up to 100million in value.
• Technical report writing - Once the bid starts various different department are involved all with different styles of working. This in many cases needs someone to check the work and format it in to a cohesive tender document.
• Helping support PQQ's [Pre-Qualification Questionnaires] in both answering the basic information but also getting the right line managers involved to answer the more technical parts.
• Co-ordinate the various departments to insure the tenders are submitted on time and correctly.

You will be reporting in to the Bid manager who will act as the final line of double checking, tackling issues with the bid and liaising with the department head to ensure it meets all of the clients requirements.

Required Experience:
A qualification is required ideally based around Business or the English language as you will need to be very good at both understanding a business and the English language. Your writing style will be important when converting technical notes in to a tender document.

Benefits Package:
£20,000 - £25,000
