Maintenance Shift Supervisor (Nights) - Leicester Salary Negotiable We're currently seeing to recruit an experienced Maintenance Shift Supervisor to join a Maintenance Department on a large Waste Processing Plant in Leicester. The successful candidate will be required to work as part of a team, overseeing plant maintenance through the hours of 18:00pm - 06:00am, 45 hours per week: Mon - Thurs Reporting into the Plant Manager you will be responsible for: * Leading a team of Multi Skilled Technicians & Fitters who will be performing pre planned and preventative maintenance. * Keeping accurate, up to date maintenance records using Frontline CMMS * Working closely with the Operations Department to maintain business critical plant availability * in special projects, plant upgrades, retrofits and continuous plant improvements * compliance with strict health, safety and environmental rules and regulations You will be working as part of very small maintenance team and therefore the successful candidate must be able to demonstrate excellent communications skills, a strong technical knowledge and ability to work well under his/her own initiative in a high pressure environment. The successful candidate will need to demonstrate a strong M & E knowledge as although electrically biased, the role will cover both disciplines.
