Encore Energy are a utilities recruitment business and we are seeking Meter Readers to work on a long term contract in Slough. You will be paid in excess of national minimum wage and have the opportunity to increase your weekly earnings by up to 25% via a bonus scheme for high performance. Working in set daily postcodes you will be entering residential premises to take gas and electric meter reads via a Hand Held Computer. A lot of walking is involved and it is also essential that you have access to your own transport, preferably a car. All applicants will need to complete a basic criminal record application which costs £25.00 (reimbursed post training). Free training is provided to include both Classroom and Buddying.
