Spinwell Global is working with a Global Engineering consultancy who has recently secured a contract for a project in Angola. Our client is looking to recruit a Team Leader for construction supervision of two large diversion tunnels in the context of a hydropower project. European Civil Engineer, Contracts Engineer or Quantity surveyor with at least 15 years of experience in construction supervision of tunnels and underground structures in the context of hydropower projects. Fluent Portuguese in speaking and writing is a must; mother-tongue speaker would be preferred. The continuous assignment has a duration of 14 months. The project start would be at the end of the 3rd quarter 2012.
