Spinwell Global is URGENTLY seeking a Commissioning Manager to lead a team of up to 80 people from various contractors and consultants on the commissioning of a 2 x 600 Mw Coal-fired plant in Central Vietnam. This is a difficult location and requires someone with the strength of personality to get things done whatever the conditions. As such we require a mechanical engineer who preferably has experience of Toshiba turbines and Babcock boilers.
