An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Senior Project Manager - Wind for an International Renewable Consultancy. They are looking for someone to be in charge of the organisation's Offshore Wind project portfolio, from inception through completion. Senior Project Manager - Wind Salary - competitive salary + package Location - Germany (flexible) This is an exciting new role within the Offshore Wind department, created due to rapid expansion of the Renewable division, therefore there is high potential for growth and fantastic career development opportunities as the division expands further. Key aspects of the Senior Project Manager is to coordinate and lead the project teams for all Offshore Wind projects and to develop high quality client relationships to further develop the division. Your responsibilities: *Manager in charge of the offshore project portfolio during planning and development phases and also during the following installation phase until final handover to client. *Guarantee of the project´s success in accordance with the project order within pre-defined framework conditions. *Organization, planning and supervision of the project as well as coordination, motivation, mentoring and performing as a leader *Training, mentoring and performance development of the project team *Reporting on projects internally and to clients *Continuously monitoring work of the project´s progress with regard to time schedules, costs, risk and HSE requirements. *Guarantee of an information flow within the project as well as to other projects and the project documentation. *Supporting Business Development activities (project proposals & client meetings) *Developing client relationships Experience: *A degree in civil engineering, mechanical engineering, electrical engineering or equivalent *Proven experience of successful leadership and / or project management experience within the renewable energy sector *Entrepreneurial thinking and acting by taking into consideration decision processes at various levels *5+ years of experience in project management of major projects *Excellent communication skills, willingness to work in an interdisciplinary team and an outstanding level of enthusiasm for renewable energy, in particular for Offshore Wind Energy *Strong level of ambition, flexibility and ability to work under pressure *Experience working with a variety of customers and clients involved in the projects *Fluent in English in oral and written form *Availability to travel internationally and to work on-site To apply for this role please send your CV with salary expectations to: Daphne.admiraalcv@amoriabond.com Amoria Bond operates as an employment agency and employment business.
