As a Lead Engineer you'll lead and manage the development and execution of validation and test programs across allocated projects and development activities. You'll execute test programs for development opportunities and establish test and validation programs to suit business objectives. You'll produce a written test schedule and generate, analyse and report results from testing. You'll interpret internal and customer requirements to generate a set of specific test requirements. As a Lead Engineer you'll lead training and support of the above and produce KPI's to advise on the status of all projects. You'll mentor and develop members of the team whilst taking overall responsibility for the growth and development of test and validation activities. You… Ideally you'll have held a similar role, with a track record in the development of test and validation programs. Experience in one of the following sectors would be advantageous; aerospace, automotive or consumer electronics. Experience working in an industrial high technology environment would hold you in good stead.
