Sales Manager - Marine and Subsea Aberdeen £neg This is a fantastic opportunity to join the operations team of an oilfield engineering services company working within the Marine and Subsea sector. As Sales Manager you will be responsible for developing sales, marketing and business development strategy of this segment, along with realising growth and alliance opportunities. The main responsibilities of this role will be split into 4 main area: Sales Development and Management - developing strategy, tactics, sales plans and profit targets, interfacing with the Business Development Manager, manage the monthly and annual sales objectives New Business Development - help to identify and evaluate new markets, create business cases for new opportunities Marketing Strategy Development - working with the marketing team to coordinate Marine and Subsea portfolio services and products are promoted, develop marketing strategies Management and Leadership - work cooperatively with colleagues, peers, internal and external partners, sharing information, knowledge, innovation and growth ideas The ideal candidate will have knowledge and experience of the marine and subsea oil and gas industry, with experience of building sales relationships with O&G companies, particularly marine and subsea. You will also have excellent sales, negotiation and commercial skills, and have good business sense. You will need to be self-motivated with the ability to work in a dynamic and fast changing environment.
