They require a Plant Manager / Manufacturing Manager / Production Manager We are looking for a Plant Manager / Manufacturing Manager / Production Manager who ideally has the following skills: The Plant Manager role is critical to ensuring that we provide excellent service to the exacting standards that our Customers demand, whilst maximizing processing efficiency through the effective management of the plant and resources. We are currently seeking a Plant Manager to lead the team at Swindon, our most diverse facility that continues to expand its services. The ideal candidate will have: Technical qualification in Mechanical Engineering, ideally with understanding in Welding Engineering Previous proven successful experience within a manufacturing business. Ideally with any of the following industries: Mechanical or Welding Engineering Operations background and Hands-On approach Demonstrated general business understanding Proactive utilization of the existing resources High organisational and problem solving skills Outgoing personality, in order to interact with internal and external customers at all levels In the habit of working in a busy and complex environment, staying calm under pressure Willingness and ability to travel to visit Group companies, industry tradeshows and customers Proficient in MS Office with knowledge of ERP systems Good communication skills. Fluent in English is a must This is a key position in our UK Structure, involving significant customer contact. Therefore the ability to communicate professionally at all levels both externally and internally is essential. To meet these requirements, it is anticipated the successful candidate will be able to demonstrate relevant management experience within an operational environment in the healthcare or pharmaceutical industry.
