Onsite Recruitment Specialist

Our client is a leading prestige automotive manufacturer, based in Oxford and they are currently seeking to appoint a Recruitment Specialist to be responsible for the effective coordination, monitoring and controlling of all recruitment processes in line with business requirements. The role will provide a timely and well organised process driven service, ensuring all internal positions are filled in time with suitable candidates, whilst supporting the effective and efficient running of the Recruitment and Staffing function and utilising recruitment systems to manage recruitment processes efficiently and effectively.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

* Qualified to NVQ Level 5 or equivalent (e.g. Degree, Membership of Chartered Institution) preferably in a Human Resources / Business Management. * Project Management and organisational skills
* Budget Management skills
* Considerable business related experience required
* Knowledge of recruitment and selection techniques, processes and procedures
* Knowledge of the brands
* Understanding of MS Office and IT CRM systems
* Employment Law
* SHL/OPQ qualified
* Awareness of health, safety and environmental issues relevant to the area of responsibility
* Experience of working both cross-function and/or internationally
* Highly developed communication skills
* Proven time management skills
* Strong influencing and negotiating skills
* Ability to work in a high volume environment whilst maintaining attention to detail.
* Strong analytical skills
* Ability to travel.
