Subsea Project Manager

Our client - is a leading IRM and construction service provider of subsea projects to the Oil and Gas industry with international exposure. They provide offshore construction and support vessels, project management and engineering, survey and positioning operations, diving operations, ROV operations.

Job description – You will provide direction to the Project team for Subsea projects, having the responsibility for the contractual and financial delivery of these projects. Key interface across the business, the client and the management team on all project matters.

• Organise and control the total project scope of work,

• Implement EHS, QA, QS and Risk Management in accordance with the client and the Contract requirements.

• Ensure quality, safety, progress and cost control and initiate necessary corrective actions as and when required.

• Use good people management and network abilities to establish a positive team spirit.

- Inspire the project team members as well as the part of the matrix organization supporting the project.

The successful candidate – You will have worked exensively with a major subsea installation contractor, have 10 years + experience in delivering complex subsea projects and be able to run lump sum contracts.
