Senior Civil Engineer Tours, France + UK £neg This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a leading service provider to the Nuclear Service Industry. The role of Senior Civil Engineer will be based in Tours, France for a duration of circa 12months before returning to the UK. The client is looking to add a Senior Civil Engineer with construction management experience to join their nuclear new build progress. In this role: You will be a technical focal point for Civil Engineering/Construction activities You will influence the client organisation in the specific detail of UK legislation pertaining to the construction and operation of a nuclear plant You will also act as a key point of coordination for the Civil/Construction relationship between the client and their stakeholders. The ideal candidate will be degree qualified (or equivalent) in Civil/Structural engineering. You will have a strong project management background with demonstrable experience in Civil Engineering, with construction management elements in the nuclear industry. You must also have good knowledge and understanding of the UK regulatory aspects relating to the construction of a nuclear facility. You will also need to be familiar with CDM Any French language skills will be beneficial, although are not essential.
