Online Marketing Manager - Worcester - 12 month contract An award-winning brand has an urgent requirement for an Online Marketing Lead to develop new online marketing strategies for their high-traffic transactional website. The successful Online Marketing Lead is responsible for developing strategic marketing plans which drive sales, revenue and profit targets across online channels whilst influencing senior stakeholders about the importance of the channel. They will provide fact based insight and proposals to the marketing department and senior management in order to continuously drive improved conversion rates, cost efficiencies and channel growth, as well as being responsible for the management of a portfolio of third party suppliers to defined performance standards. The ideal candidate will have the following skills and experience: 3 + years Online Marketing experience Exceptional Digital Marketing acumen and experience in a corporate web environment A detailed understanding of online media including but not limited to SEO, PPC, Display, Affiliates and web analytics Knowledge of emerging online media channels Experienced in managing third party suppliers Experience of Retail markets Experience of working in a complex business environment and understanding of business plans and marketing strategies Outstanding communication skills in email, copywriting, presentation, and verbal This is an exciting opportunity to join a fast-paced team.
