Site Representative Gloucester £ Negotiable As part of their ongoing growth and development my client is currently seeking a site representative to take direct line management accountability for a team of nuclear engineers at an existing nuclear power station. Based in the South West region and reporting to the South West team leader, the site representative will be responsible primarily for managing the efficient operation of the team and the delivery of work to meet the customer expectation. Success in the role will be dependent upon the ability to effectively communicate with multiple stakeholders and deal with emergent work requirements, efficiently and effectively. Key Responsibilities * Line management responsibility for the existing team * Development/growth of the existing work portfolio * Team growth and development * Interface management * Implementation and management of Safety and Quality systems * Maximising customer satisfaction * Maximising team performance The ideal candidate will be qualified to HNC or degree in an Engineering or Science based discipline. They will have experience of working in a customer facing environment, with nuclear station/site experience.
