Production Manager

Production Manager managing production staff and the production process on a brand new fully automated site. Full training and development in company systems with excellent salary + benefits.

Salary & Location: £35,000 (rises after 12 months) + pension scheme + private medical insurance

The Role:

Within the remit of your role you will be managing production staff and production issues within a fully automated manufacturing site. You will oversee an extrusion blow moulding manufacturing process so experience within this type of environment would be extremely useful. You will be championing continuous improvement techniques within your role daily, and experience of this is essential. You will also have to manage your team and be able to develop/mentor the wider production team through good communications and strong leadership.



The Candidate:
- Production Management experience
- Understanding of environmental issues
- Experience within a FMCG environment i.e. plastics, food etc
- Worked within an extrusion blow moulding process (ideal)
- HND/Degree level in engineering/scientific discipline
